E.D.M. (ED’s Music) is ROCK solid! His classes will leave you with nothing but good vibes - Ed’s into Rock and EDM so expect motivating and bomb music to help you power through and get even stronger whenever you take his classes.
Although his programs are cycling specific, the music really takes it to a whole new level. Don’t be fooled by his laid back demeanor, because he uses this platform to challenge his students to break their own records or simply be the best, healthier version of themselves while still having fun.
Outside of SR, Ed brings his passion for two wheels through gravel cycling or cruising along the expressway on his classic big bike.
